Register for an appointment to sit with a housing counselor and find what Save Our Home AZ and the AZ Mortgage Relief Fund can do to help you.   Documents that are helpful to the process:


  • Current Mortgage Statements
  • Current Bank Statements (1 month)
  • Prior Two Years Tax Returns + W-2
  • Current Income Statements (i.e., pay stubs, Social Security award letters)



(Please take a moment to read these instructions before proceeding)


  1. Select a one hour time slot for your event. No need to select a counselor; that will be done for you based on availability in the time slot you are requesting.
  2. You will be prompted to enter your name, an e-mail address, and a phone number. You will be sent an e-mail asking you to confirm the e-mail you entered.
  3. Once you reply to the confirmation e-mail, you will receive a final confirmation e-mail showing your appointment time and date.
  4. The event is two day: Friday, October 17th, 9am - 6pm & Saturday October 18th, 8am - 3pm. If you can't make an appointment, phone applications are available: 520-724-2460.
